Natascha Otero-Santiago is a Public Relations professional with over 20 years’ experience in the US Hispanic market. In her role as principal of NOS-Communications, she helps small businesses and Forbes 500 companies create public relations and social media campaigns, as well as community events. Natascha is the founder of Parranda Puerto Rico, an organization whose mission is to unite and help the Puerto Rican diaspora in the US and create community  and economic connections with Puerto Rico. Among her achievements are being chosen by LATISM in 2016 & 2015 as a Top Digital Influencer;  named by the Huffington Post as one of the world's leading Social Media & Inspirational Leadership; and to have been featured in Forbes as A Puerto Rican Citizen Goes to Washington - for her work with the Puerto Rican vote during the 2012 elections.

Most recently Ms. Otero-Santiago was honored as a 2016  “Mujer Legendaria” by Ford Motor Company and was featured in several prestigious outlets like BBC News, NBCLatino, NPR, and NBC News for her work during the 2016 elections, specifically with the Puerto Rican vote in the US. Natascha is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Puerto Rican Agenda, part of the Board of Directors of the Social Media Club South Florida and Director of LATISM in South Florida. She has coordinated nationally recognized events such as Mashable Social Media Day, TedxMiami, and Social Media Week in Miami. She has been invited on numerous occasions to speak at conferences about the Hispanic community, the Millennials generation, the Latino vote, and the diaspora Puerto Rican community. Natascha holds a B.A. and M.A. degrees from Tufts University and is the proud mother of two boys - a Millennial and a GenZ. In social media she can be found as @NataschaOS.
