Andrew Quarrie is the founder of Jurnid, a flexible and cost-effective web application for sourcing on-demand professional writing services, across cultures worldwide. Over a decade as a multifaceted creative, Andrew's focus has  been on branded content for B2B and B2C products and services, both legacy digital media. His freelance/consulting career involved projects spanning both regional companies throughout South Florida and multi-national brands with a global reach. Andrew has worked in the areas of video and audio production, web UI/UX design, and strategic digital marketing. He now pours his experience into Jurnid as CEO/Chief Content Strategist.  He has been a presenter/speaker on topics related to journalism, social media, entrepreneurship, and the business of digital media at the Online News Association conference, Barcamp, Social Media Day, Florida International University, University of Miami, The Idea Center at Miami Dade College, and others. Andrew also volunteers as a board member and marketing chair of The Fairchild Palms young professionals group; in support of the environmental conservation efforts of The Fairchild Challenge, an initiative of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.
