Associate Director of Multicultural Insights

  Georgette Guzman, Associate Director of Multicultural Insights, has nearly two decades of experience in customer research.   At 84.51° she leverages her experience and passion for the customer in leading the company’s multicultural capability.  She contributes to the development of Kroger’s organizational multicultural strategy and the long-term vision for accelerating Kroger’s growth among ethnic customers and ethnic product shoppers.


She has an extensive background in controlled store and market tests as well as ethnic qualitative and quantitative marketing research and insight application.  Previously with dunnhumbyUSA. Georgette focused on Kroger’s Best Customer Communications and on foundational customer insights supporting Kroger’s Loyalty Team.  Prior to dunnhumbyUSA she managed in-store research work at Nielsen and as multicultural research manager at TNS dedicated to Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Guzman is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
