Joshua Hancik is a founding Partner and CTO for The Factory Interactive, Inc., an award-winning digital marketing agency in Miami, FL.  As CTO, Joshua has been instrumental in developing engagement-first campaigns for Comcast, Carnival Cruise Lines, Global Directories, Cable & Wireless, General Mills and ADT. In 2010, he oversaw the wildly successful launch of We Want Wade, a social media-driven activation designed to help retain the team's star player. Citing the We Want Wade campaign's success,  The Factory Interactive signed Mr. Wade as a client and helped to double his audience to over 27 million fans worldwide.
In 2015, Joshua, co-founded Raydr, Inc., a social intelligence platform. Raydr is helping clients from the around the world in Hospitality, Professional Sports, Event Management, and Political Campaigning maximize their engagement strategies in real-time.
Joshua's first internet venture in 1995, a webisodic destination called The Squat, garnered international accolades and firmly placed him among the top independent web producers of the time.
