Kristin Foster, Director of Customer Science Insights, has over a decade of experience in consumer analytics.  Kristin’s passion lies in translating complex data into meaningful and actionable insights driven by consumer behavior.    At 84.51° she leads an Insights team in the Chicago office focused on developing analytics that drive measurable value and increased loyalty for brands and retailers.  Her team focuses primarily on detecting and evaluating forces influencing consumer behavior today and beyond.


Prior to her current role, Kristin led a Brand Consulting insights team at dunnhumbyUSA, focused on developing both scaleable and custom solutions designed to grow retailer and brand loyalty.  She specialized in designing and measuring in-store test execution and creating actionable product and shopper segmentations.  Her expertise lies in forming tailored activation strategies and insights driven by advanced data and analytical techniques for brands.  


She began her career a Direct Marketing analyst at Marsh & McLennan before moving on to work at Mintel International, where she lead a team focused on analyzing trends in the direct marketing industry.
